Don't replace your systems.
Understand them better.
AVOREX reads the process events generated by your existing BPM, Workflow, ERP and CRM systems. Source systems keep working as they are; AVOREX runs on top of them as an intelligence layer.
Events from process engines
Workflow events such as approvals, tasks and step transitions form the backbone of the process timeline.
Events from business records
Status changes on documents, orders, requests and records are modeled as process steps.
Any other source
Other enterprise applications can send process events through the REST API.
Process events. Nothing more.
What AVOREX needs for analysis is which step a process went through, and when. Events from different systems are normalized into a common process model.
- Instance: a single process record (e.g. one advance request)
- Activity: the step performed (e.g. Manager Approval)
- Timestamp: when the step started and ended
- Outcome: the result of the step or the process
Depending on the source system and process, extra fields (organizational unit, role, etc.) enrich the analysis. We define the scope together in the demo.
Enterprise security and governance architecture.
AVOREX is designed for multi-tenant enterprise use.
Tenant Isolation
Each organization's data and configuration stay within its own tenant boundaries.
Role Based Access
Users only access the processes and screens they are authorized for.
Secure Connector Architecture
Source system connections run through controlled, authenticated connectors.
License Management
License scope and usage limits are managed centrally per tenant.
API Authentication
Clients that send events or pull data go through API authentication.
Auditability
Critical operations and access are recorded in a traceable way.
AI Usage Tracking
See which process was analyzed, when, with which model and how many resources.
Cloud / On-Premise Integration Architecture
An integration architecture designed to work with source systems running in the cloud or on premises.
Your AI usage is measurable.
Sample recordThe analyzed process, time, model used, tokens and cost are all visible. AI is not a black box but a traceable resource.
