Process monitoring
Process MonitoringContinuously tracks process status and performance changes.
Your BPM, Workflow and ERP systems generate thousands of process events every day. AVOREX analyzes that data with process intelligence and AI, and makes bottlenecks, delays, anomalies and improvement opportunities visible.
42% of total waiting time comes from the Manager Approval activity. Approval workload and delegation should be reviewed.
Last 30 days of a sample organization
AVOREX does not just show the result. It looks for the process behavior behind it.
AVOREX analyzes the process events generated in BPM, Workflow, ERP and enterprise applications, and shows how your processes actually run. It turns operational data into visibility, visibility into insight, and insight into action.
"Is this another reporting tool?"
No. It is process intelligence that explains why your processes perform well or poorly.
Reveals how work really flows: waits, repeats and variations.
Highlights the activities and waiting points that drive up cycle time.
Flags unusual durations, returns and process patterns.
Evaluates SLA, waiting, returns, performance and risk signals together.
Turns metrics into a problem, a likely cause, the impact and a recommended action.
Updates the view with every new event to support continuous improvement.
Just the result. No reason.
Answer: 15 of the 18.4 hours are waiting. The biggest share is in Manager Approval.
Out-of-SLA records by the activity where they crossed the threshold
Answer: 87% of SLA breaches start in just two activities.
Answer: The problem is not the whole process; it is two variants that make up 29% of records.
Answer: 46% of delays are in two units: Operations on Fridays, Finance on Mondays.
Answer: The KPI started to decline the week delegation in approvals dropped.
A dashboard tells you what happened. AVOREX investigates why.
Process events from different systems are mapped to a common process model, measured, interpreted with AI and continuously monitored.
AVOREX receives process events from your BPM, Workflow, ERP, CRM and REST sources. You do not need to change your existing systems.
Instead of digging through data for hours, ask your processes. AVO explains the metrics AVOREX measures as a problem, likely cause, impact and recommendation.
SLA, waiting, returns, variation and anomaly signals come together in one health score. You see at a glance which process needs attention first.
About Process Health →Steps repeated within the same instance are measured as extra work and waiting.
Stop searching data for hours. Ask your processes.
As new process events arrive, AVOREX reports anomalies, SLA risks and recoveries as signals. You see the problem as it forms, not in next month's report.
AVOREX capabilities work across the Observe, Understand and Act layers, all on the same enterprise foundation.
Continuously tracks process status and performance changes.
Reconstructs each instance's lifecycle event by event.
Cycle time, median, P90, waiting, SLA and activity contributions.
Brings five operational signals together in a single health score.
Flags unusual durations, repeats, waits and behaviors.
AVO explains the problem, likely cause, impact and recommended action.
A continuous view that updates itself with every new event.
Works with BPM, Workflow, ERP and REST sources.
Enterprise tenant and license-controlled operation.
Measures AI usage by process and over time.
Each organization's data and configuration stay within its own tenant boundaries.
Users only access the processes and screens they are authorized for.
Source system connections run through controlled, authenticated connectors.
License scope and usage limits are managed centrally per tenant.
Clients that send events or pull data go through API authentication.
Critical operations and access are recorded in a traceable way.
See which process was analyzed, when, with which model and how many resources.
An integration architecture designed to work with source systems running in the cloud or on premises.
Are our processes really efficient?
Where are we losing time?
How do we get more value from our existing systems?
What should we improve first?
Why is my process delayed?
Did our change actually work?
AVOREX is fed by new process events, and measures the effect of each improvement in the same loop.
Discover how processes really flow.
Measure duration, waiting and SLA.
Surface the causes.
Improve the right spot.
Keep tracking the effect.
If your question is not answered here, let's talk it through in a demo.
Ask a questionNo. AVOREX is a process intelligence layer that runs on top of your existing systems. Your systems keep working as they are; AVOREX analyzes the process events they generate.
A dashboard tells you what happened: average duration, SLA rate, KPI change. AVOREX investigates why: it shows which activity waiting piles up in, which steps come back, and which behavior pulls the KPI down.
Process events: the individual process record (instance), the step performed (activity), a timestamp and the result (outcome). Extra fields such as organizational unit or role enrich the analysis.
AVO is the AVOREX process intelligence assistant. It explains measured metrics as a problem, likely cause, impact and recommendation. The likely cause is a hypothesis; the final decision always belongs to the process owner.
For every AI analysis, AVOREX shows which process was interpreted, when, with which model, how many tokens and at what cost. AI usage is a measurable resource.
Usually with a single process, such as Expense / Advance or Procurement. We decide together in the demo which process and source system to start with.
